Frances L. Johnson is the Founder, and Senior Pastor of Heavenly Sent Christian Ministries and F.L. Johnson Consultant LLC in Renton, Washington.

The late Prophetess Mattie J. Bass of the Seed of Abraham Pentecostal Church, Renton, WA., ordained Frances as an evangelist in 1991 and 1994 as a pastor.

​

As a powerful minister of the gospel, Pastor Frances preaches and teaches the Word of God without compromise, and as a prophet, she operates in the gifts of the Spirit as the Lord leads. In addition, Pastor Frances has been a speaker for numerous conferences and retreats, such as Women Aglow International, Rock Foundation Women’s ministry, and the Seed of Abraham Pentecostal Church. Also, during her years with the Boeing Company, Frances had the opportunity to create and host several functions for the Boeing Administrative Assistant Professionals (BAAP). The BAAP organization requested her to be a keynote speaker and a presenter at several administrative workshops regarding career advancement, goal setting, and creating a vision board.

Internationally, Pastor Frances has ministered in the Philippines, sponsoring several women’s conferences throughout Bulacan, Manila, Pampanga, Quezon City, and the village of Aurora, located in the countryside. She counted it a blessing to preach the gospel to those in prison and on the street. Because of her passion and love for the Filipino nation, she has gained three spiritual sons and daughters.

Pastor Frances’ mission is to challenge and motivate others to live their best lives found in Christ Jesus. Teaching that as we mature in the things of God makes it less challenging to persevere through life trials. She believes everyone can be set free from the bondages in life as she was. Her life verse is "Whom the son sets free is free indeed, John 8:36."

Ms. Johnson retired as an executive administrator from The Boeing Company with 32 years of service. She is a trained volunteer chaplain who serves the Police and Fire Department of the City of Renton, WA., a   graduate of the City University of Seattle, majoring in Business Management, and a certified life coach through Destiny Training Academy. Lastly, she published her first book, The Widow and The Judge: No, is not the final answer.

Pastor Frances is the mother of three adult children and eight wonderful grandchildren.
